Hi!!! I am new to rope skipping! I think it is a great form of exercise, however i cant seem to get pass the usual, boring skipping routine... would like to learn some new tricks to add into my routine. Any suggestions? ANyone know of how to incorporate skipping into a fitness regime?




you might want to add some crossovers and double-unders to your skipping routine to spice things up a little!
you can also do a circuit i.e. 3 rounds of (3min skip/20 squats/20 push ups/20 sit ups)
Anyone else got any other suggestions???
My mum has abit of creaky knee prob... can she skip as well?
Since u are new to skipping, u might want to join us at ECP every sat?from there i can teach u more tricks to add into ur routine.

I'm actually trying to incorporate some exercise into my lifestyle because i'm simply so busy that it's hard to squeeze out 0.5hr - 1hr daily to exercise. Skipping is great because it is handy and just need some advise, it i were to skip like 15 mins in the morning, 15 mins when i get home at night, does this add up to a half hour dose of exercise daily? Thanks!
Yes! Maybe even more as rope skipping is a total body, cardiovascular workout. =)

hahaha! it's hilarious, stanley trying to learn how to skip! But i really shouldn't laugh at him, he should be introduced to the SkipFit System, skipping will probably be a breeze then!
